In the midst of the uncertainty of the early months of COVID, client The Shoppes at Carlsbad instituted a program to support dining tenants with national “Eat Outside Day.” Guests were able to come win gift cards in various denominations from a number of tenants. Local TV media was encouraged to come on property and talk to visitors about the program and other ways to support local restaurants.
